As the king of herbs, mountain tea occupies a special place in the culture of the Greek tisanes. This aromatic herb, which is organically grown and hand-picked, is dried to preserve all its valuable antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients: dried flowers, leaves and stems of the Sideritis scardica plant
Naturally caffeine-free.

How to brew the perfect cup:
2 g (1 heaped tbsp)
200 ml water
100°C
Steep for 3-5 minutes (3 infusions)
