How to brew the perfect cup:
2 g (2 tsp)
200 ml water
100°C
Steep for 2 minutes (2 infusions)


Our recommendations for brewing:

Infuse 2g (2 rounded tsp) of dry leaves in 200ml of 100℃ water for 2 minutes. Brew the tea 3 times and extend the steeping time (approx. 4–5 minutes) with each subsequent infusion.
