This tea variety's pale, almost transparent leaves and buds when they grow are the reason for its name, which means white tea.

Vibrant green pine needle leaves produce a sweet, umami, smooth and creamy texture infusion with a fresh asparagus aroma and a hint of meadow flowers.

Anji Bai Cha is particularly rich in amino acids and antioxidants and is highly valued for its health benefits.
