Our jasmine tea is a high-grade green tea crafted from the earliest spring harvest, using only the youngest, most delicate buds. Each leaf is carefully hand-rolled into tight pearls, preserving both freshness and aroma. What distinguishes this tea is not just the raw material, but the traditional scenting method: the tea is layered with fresh jasmine blossoms over multiple nights, often up to seven cycles, allowing the leaves to slowly absorb the flowers’ natural fragrance. The tea is sweet, refreshing with beautiful floral notes of jasmine and delicacy of green tea.

How to make a perfect cup of tea:
3 g (1 tsp)
200 ml of water
70°C
Steep for 3 minutes (4 infusions)
Jasmine Pearls
Our Jasmine Pearls are a premium green tea made from the first spring harvest, when the tea plant yields its most tender and nutrient-rich buds. Only the youngest leaf tips are carefully selected, resulting in a naturally smooth character and a highly refined aromatic profile.
This tea is crafted from fine pekoe-grade buds, meaning only the delicate top leaves and unopened buds are used. These young leaves are prized for their soft texture and naturally mild taste, making them an ideal base for jasmine scenting. After harvesting, the leaves are skillfully hand-rolled into tight pearls, helping to lock in freshness and allow the flavor to unfold gradually during brewing.
The defining feature of jasmine tea is its traditional scenting process. Fresh jasmine blossoms are layered with the tea leaves repeatedly over several nights, allowing the leaves to slowly absorb the natural floral fragrance.
This process is typically repeated multiple times—often up to seven cycles—ensuring the aroma is deeply infused rather than superficially added. Once complete, the jasmine flowers are removed, leaving a clean, naturally scented tea.
When brewed, the pearls gradually unfurl, producing a pale golden-green liquor with a smooth, silky texture. The flavor is delicate and well-balanced, combining light natural sweetness, a soft rounded body, and a fresh jasmine aroma that lingers gently without overpowering the tea.
Unlike lower-quality jasmine teas, there are no artificial perfume notes: only a pure, floral elegance that develops with each sip.
