This matcha is called Kiwami which lives up to its name, meaning “ultimate” or “pinnacle” in Japanese . This is matcha for those who appreciate intensity, complexity and depth.

Prepare 120 ml of 80℃ water. Sift 2 g of matcha powder, add 20 ml of 80℃ water, and make a paste with a bamboo whisk. Add the rest of the water and whisk in zigzag motions until a fine foam is created.
