A unique green tea from Sri Lanka is crafted from a tiny bud and a tender first leaf. Through a slow withering process, which is unusual for green teas, and careful pan roasting, this tea develops into a fragrant, sweet and delicate drink. Its special processing gives it the characteristics of oolong, white, and green teas, resulting in a complex fruity, nutty, vegetal and fresh flavour.
